Focus on the positive things

Ellen Van Dessel (Select Projects) had some setbacks the past months and with GoodHabitz she took the time to work on some valuable skills to cope with these misfortunes.

“I followed three trainings on GoodHabitz:
  • Vitality: I followed this one first, as I like to know more about health in general.
  • Optimism for beginners: In the lockdown I found it difficult to see the positive through all the negative messages. It is important not to focus on those negative messages, but to enjoy little things that make you happy.
  • Mindfulness: Because of the difficult period we had as a family, I find it important to find peace. In this course you will find some tips, including paying attention to your breathing. I apply this daily.”
